The short version
Don’t use Nuvi to host things that are illegal, abusive, or that would put our infrastructure or other tenants at risk. We will suspend or terminate accounts that do.
Prohibited content
- Content that infringes intellectual-property rights you don’t hold (counterfeit goods, pirated media, leaked databases).
- Child sexual abuse material — reported to IWF and local authorities without notice.
- Content promoting violence, terrorism, or discrimination based on protected attributes.
- Goods or services prohibited by Turkish law or the laws of the buyer’s jurisdiction (firearms, prescription drugs without license, etc.).
- Adult content not gated behind age verification & jurisdiction checks.
Prohibited behaviour
- Spamming customers (purchased lists, double opt-in evasion).
- Dark patterns: forced consent, pre-ticked boxes, hidden recurring charges.
- Phishing, malware distribution, credential harvesting.
- Scraping the platform or evading rate limits.
- Reverse-engineering or load-testing the platform without written permission.
- Using the AI assistant to generate the prohibited content above — the same rules apply to AI output you publish.
How we enforce
- For minor or first-time violations: written notice with 7 days to remediate.
- For repeated or severe violations: immediate suspension.
- For illegal content: immediate takedown and, where required, report to authorities.
Reporting abuse
If you believe a Nuvi-hosted store is violating this policy, email abuse@usenuvi.com with the URL and as much detail as you can share. We aim to triage within 1 business day.
